SHOP AT LYTESTUFF?

Shopping here on www.lytestuff.com is very easy. You press "add to cart" on the product you want to buy. Then the item will be stored in your shopping cart, so you can easily continue shopping or go directly to checkout for payment. There you simply select shipping and payment method and then enter your contact and delivery address.

Once you have completed a purchase with us, you accept and agree to our terms. When purchasing an item, you approve and agree to the product's information and comments.

 

PRIVACY, SECURITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

In connection with the order, you accept that Lytestuff saves and uses your information. We do this to fulfill our obligations to you. We also document all communication we have with you via e-mail, in order to offer the service that you expect from us. Lytestuff will not disclose your personal information to third parties. Under the Privacy Act, you need, once a year, the right to be a part of the information we have stored about you. We reserve the right to use email to send marketing and newsletters.

 

PRICES

Since Lytstuff greatly appreciates its customers, we have decided to provide Free Shipping Worldwide with included VAT, so that you do not have to pay more than you really should. Prices may vary depending on the market and other factors.

 

PAYMENT

The payment methods we have are: Amex, Visa, Master Card, Apple pay and Paypal as an Express Checkout. Soon coming more. If you as a customer pay by card, the purchase price will be charged the same day.

 

DELIVERY

The customer chooses the delivery time of the product at checkout. The delivery time for products that are in the main warehouse is normally 7-10 days (depending on where the product will be sent). You can count on us and expect your package to reach to you as soon as possible through our secured suppliers.

www.lytestuff.com is responsible for the product until it is delivered to the customer. The customer is responsible for picking up the item at any post office and if the item is not picked up within 14 days, it will be sent back. It is also the customer's responsibility to let us know if the item has not been received within the expected delivery time. The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If the item has reached the wrong delivery address, is customer responsible for handling the new shipping.

 

START A RETURN?

 We want you to feel that the item is the perfect match for you. If it´s not the right fit, we will help you get it sorted and have you on your way. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return it and get a 100% money back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at Lytestuff@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a PO.BOX Number, that you need to send the package too. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
